Nintendo Wii for 8 year old autistic spectrum son who is good at video games. Good game suggestions?
My son who is 8 has PDD.NOS (autistic features). He is getting the Nintendo Wii for Christmas. He is very good at video games. He has a used xbox, and a used gameboy. This will be his first new gaming system. What games are not frustrating, and not too violent that he will be successful with? Also could you tell me what games are not good and why? Theses games are expensive, I want to make sure the ones we get are worth it.

Bad Games
1. Don't buy games that start with Wii in its title even if it comes with something. The game Wii Sports that comes with Wii is fine, but don't bother getting games like Wii Music and Wii Play.

Go to an EB games type store they should be able to tell you how much they would buy/sell it for.
on ebay there is one with 5 games going for $36, but the price might go up.

What is going on with the unavailability of Nintendo Wii?
I am very frustrated with Nintendo and what appears to be their intentional unavailability of the wii game system. Does anyone know if the game console willl become more available before Christmas? Stores are only receiving 6 – 7 systems per shipment. Several months ago I read where the wii game system would be plentiful.
I called Nintendo twice with that same question, the first time they said that they don't have that kind of information for some reason, the second time they said that they are currently on a "Rapid Replenishment Program" and are shipping out systems as soon as they are ready, that's all they can really say because the demand for the Nintendo Wii is so high. I myself haven't been able to get my hands on one! I'll probably try again on the 15th because stores usually get shipments on the weekdays (well that's what GameStop told me….) Best of luck in getting one….

well my borthers nindento ds only takes about 2hours or so for a full charge it is very wuick but i am not sure the full specs check the manual it will say there
Are game consoles and games the same price at Nintendo World in NYC as they are at gamestop?
I am going in December and want to get my DS Lite at Nintendo World, but am not sure if they overprice items since it is at Nintendo World. What are prices like there?
New games and consoles tend to stick to the same price everywhere but used is a different story.
